If you are not staying in Graz for more than half a year, shorter rentals are a good option for your stay. You have to expect higher prices for fully equipped and furnished (private) apartments.

Stays over 6 months
Many people book fully furnished accommodation in advance for the first few weeks or months of their stay (see section above). During this time you can focus on finding a long-term apartment.
